Riley Green Releases New Song And Acoustic EP

Riley Green and his badass quarantine stache surprise us this Friday morning with the release of a surprise acoustic EP, "Valley Road."

The track list includes There Was This Girl, If It Wasn't For Trucks, Different 'Round HereI Wish Grandpas Never Died, and a brand new one Better Than Me.

Green shared the song "Better Than Me" via instagram recently and along with Luke Comb's "Six Feet Apart," this is up there with some of the best lyrics from any song released during this quarantine and pandemic. For me, the song itself was a time to reflect and look at this current climate as something needed to be better and to do better.

It was written by Green, Ray Fulcher, Muscadine Bloodline & Jordan Fletcher.

"It seems like where I'm going might be better than where I've been / With all this going on, found the right in all this wrong, and finally see / the good Lord knows better than me."
